Core Stones (Soapstone), Himalayan Salt Stones, Cold Stones (marble or ceramic) may be used during your stone therapy massage treatment. The treatment will be designed to be as relaxing as you'd like it to be, or to address tough areas of tension. We will target focus areas and decrease adhesions and knots.

Cold Stone Massage Therapy

Ideal for sports injuries, migraines and headaches, sinus issues, menstrual discomfort, and high blood pressure. Overall improves mood, lifts depression, decreases anxiety and increases overall energy. Marble stones are used. Cold stone therapy can be done alone or hot stones can also be incorporated.

Note: Needs to be booked in advance so they can be chilled.
