RESERVATION POLICIES:

Services are scheduled by appointment only. At times there may be same-day appointments available or appointments that become available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to provide at least 24-hours notice with your cancel, you will be charged a $50 fee. This fee will be added to the charges at your next visit. The only time this fee will be waived is in the event of a serious/contagious illness or emergency.

Age requirement:

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and/or have a signed waiver on file with us. Children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Gift Certificate/Gift Card Policy:

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are available in any amount.
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards should be treated as cash. We cannot honor lost or stolen gift certificates.

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards MUST be presented at the time of your appointment; NO EXCEPTIONS! If you don’t have it with you, Please bring it in to use for a future appointment.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

*Specials/promo Gift Certificate/Gift Card specials may have a specific expiration date, which will be noted at time of promo or special.

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are good for 7 years from date of purchase according to Massachusetts State Law * but see above for exceptions with specials/promos.*

All Gift Card/Gift Certificate Sales are FINAL, NO Refunds

Wellness Packages Policy

Packages Expire 1 year from the date of Purchase.
